Noi di Erone CDVI Wireless consideriamo la protezione dei dati personali dei nostri clienti come una questione importante. Questa dichiarazione sulla protezione dei dati serve a informarti sulle modalità, la portata e lo scopo della nostra raccolta dei dati personali.

Quali sono i dati personali?
Per dati personali si intendono le informazioni relative a persone che sono identificabili personalmente o che sono state identificate (come nome, indirizzo, indirizzo e-mail, numero di telefono, ecc.).
Quali dei tuoi dati personali trattiamo tramite la app “CDVI Wireless” presente su Google Play Store e da dove li otteniamo?
La APP “Digiway BLE” è un’applicazione dedicata principalmente agli installatori che permette il collegamento Bluetooth tra uno Smartphone o un Tablet e l’operatore per porta a battenti CDVI, mod. Digiway Plus o Digiway-SR, nei modelli opportunamente equipaggiati.
La APP permette la visualizzazione del display LCD del Digiway sullo schermo del dispositivo mobile e l’accesso ai comandi principali della scheda elettronica dell’operatore.
Attraverso questo collegamento è possibile l’accesso ai parametri principali di configurazione della scheda di controllo sia durante la messa a punto iniziale del dispositivo sia in fase di verifica o manutenzione periodica, senza l’accesso diretto alla scheda elettronica.
Ciascun Digiway, equipaggiato con il relativo modulo Bluetooth comunica con la APP in Bluetooth.
Per poter effettuare una scansione dei dispositivi bluetooth, è necessaria una particolare permission (android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION oppure android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION) poiché la gestione del bluetooth si trova all’interno di un insieme di funzionalità, tra cui ad esempio il GPS, accessibili tramite questa specifica permission.
L’applicazione non memorizza alcun dato personale ed utilizza la scansione bluetooth solo per rilevare i dispositivi CVDI nelle vicinanze.
Viene chiesto all’utente di gestire una “password” per accedere alle funzionalità del dispositivo a cui si è connesso. Questa password viene memorizzata localmente dall’applicazione per consentire all’utente di effettuare un login automatico ai successivi accessi e non viene pertanto gestita da CDVI Wireless SPA.
L’accesso alle funzionalità bluetooth viene notificato all’utente all’avvio dell’applicazione.
L’utente può scegliere se dare il proprio permesso o meno, ma il permesso è indispensabile per poter utilizzare l’applicazione.
Raccogliamo ulteriori dati attraverso l’app?
No, nessun altro tipo di dato personale tutelato dal GDPR viene raccolto tramite la nostra App.
I dati presenti nell’App Erone CDVI Wireless verranno trasmessi all’esterno dell’app stessa?
No, i dati come la password sono memorizzati localmente e non verranno trasmessi all’esterno di essa in alcun modo.
A quale scopo e su quale base giuridica vengono trattati i dati?
Qualora, a seguito di aggiornamenti futuri dell’App fosse necessario raccogliere dati definibili come “personali”, chiederemo espressamente il consenso per la loro raccolta ed elaborazione in modo da rendere il consenso volontario ed informato. Qualora tali sistemi si dovessero interfacciare con preesistenti basi dati di proprietà CDVI Wireless SPA, il consenso per il trattamento dei relativi dati personali sarà effettuato in conformità a quanto specificato nella dichiarazione di consenso e nella misura concordata in esso al tempo della raccolta stessa. In ogni caso il consenso concesso potrà essere revocato in qualsiasi momento con effetto per il futuro per iscritto o via e-mail. Ciò non influirà negativamente sulla legalità di alcun trattamento dei dati fino a quel momento.

What is considered “personal data”?
Personal data means information relating to persons who are personally identifiable or have been identified (such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.).
Which of your personal data we treat via the “CDVI Wireless” app on Google Play Store and where do we get them from?
The “Digiway BLE” APP is an application dedicated mainly to installers that allows the Bluetooth connection between a Smartphone or a Tablet and the operator for CDVI swing doors, mod. Digiway Plus or Digiway-SR, in suitably equipped models.
The APP allows the display of the Digiway LCD display on the screen of the mobile device and access to the main controls of the operator’s electronic card.
Through this connection it is possible to access the main configuration parameters of the control card both during the initial setup of the device and during the verification or periodic maintenance phase, without direct access to the electronic card.
Each Digiway, equipped with the relevant Bluetooth module communicates with the APP in Bluetooth.
In order to scan bluetooth devices, a special permission (android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION or android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION) is required because the bluetooth management is located within a set of features, including for example the GPS, accessible through this specific permission.
The application does not store any personal data and uses Bluetooth scanning only to detect nearby CVDI devices.
The user is asked to manage a “password” to access the features of the device to which he is connected. This password is stored locally by the application to allow the user to automatically log in at subsequent logins and is therefore not managed by CDVI Wireless SPA.
Access to the bluetooth functions is notified to the user when the application is started.
The user can choose whether to give his permission or not, but the permission is essential in order to use the application.
Do we collect more data through the app?
No, no other type of personal data protected by the GDPR is collected through our App.
Will the data in the Erone CDVI Wireless App be transmitted outside the app itself?
No, data such as passwords are stored locally and will not be transmitted outside of it in any way.
For what purpose and on what legal basis is the data processed?
If, following future updates of the App it is necessary to collect data that can be defined as “personal”, we will expressly request consent for their collection and processing in order to make the consent voluntary and informed. Should these systems interface with pre-existing CDVI Wireless SPA proprietary data bases, the consent for the processing of the relative personal data will be carried out in accordance with what is specified in the consent declaration and to the extent agreed in it at the time of the collection itself. In any case, the consent granted may be revoked at any time with effect for the future in writing or by e-mail. This will not adversely affect the legality of any data processing up to that point.
